About Us

We believe unified data, smarter analytics, and value-based strategies drive more efficient and affordable healthcare. Our scalable data management and AI-powered predictive insights enable our customers to transform their businesses and improve the lives of their members and patients.

The Certilytics Story

We launched in 2014 with three employees and two foundational customers. Today we have over 120 employees, dozens of customers, and 250M+ patient lives on platform. How'd we do it? Simple. We delivered value from day one. We were driven by our frustration with existing analytic tools and the belief that we could do better.

Our team includes data scientists, actuaries, clinicians, developers, and data engineers whose combined expertise has transformed our customers' businesses for the age of AI.

It is rewarding to know that the work I do to supply predictive analytics can help manage costs and improve health outcomes.

Laura Nastasia, Data Engineer

The best thing about my job is there’s nothing “typical” about any day – some days I can be writing up business requirements for clinical quality measures for our products, while others I’m pulling the data to see what types of social determinants of health are impacting our chronic disease populations. I love what I do and the impact it makes in people's lives.

Lana Davis, Director of Clinical Analytics

We have a great crew here with a lot of people enthusiastic about the tech we use, and that enthusiasm shows in their code and projects. For any questions I’ve had, it’s never a problem to get someone into a call to sort out the answers. If I have an idea or suggestion for a product, I can tell my manager and they’re excited to hear about it. The people are what make or break a job–and Certilytics has that covered.
