Physical access to the servers requires individual authorization and authentication. Information in our data centers is backed up routinely, in order to aid in the recovery of information in the event of accidental damage of information or due to a natural disaster. The backup media is stored in a physically secure storage facility. All data is stored for a minimum of 7 years.

How do I access, supplement and/or amend my information?

Certilytics cannot delete data submitted by you, however, upon your request, your information can be amended upon your written request.

What is your advertisement policy?

Certilytics does not accept or post advertising for commercial products or services. Promotion of programs through the use of pop-up boxes or a list on the client information pages is done at the express request of the client purchasing the website. Certilytics does not accept additional payment for promotion of client programs from the client or the promoted programs.
